Daniel was educated at Harrow where he won the Evelyn de Rothschild Scholarship. He started his career at Richard Ellis (1994-1998) in the City of London, first in agency before moving to specialise in corporate real estate primarily advising major US corporates including AT&T, Sun Microsystems and P&O. In 1998 he joined development Securities plc where he focussed on commercial development primarily focused on Central London.
In 2003 he co-founded Exemplar and over the last 8 years has worked on over 2 million sq ft of development projects, for which he has won numerous awards including Young Property Personality of the Year. Amongst his other memberships, Daniel sits on the council of the Westminster Property Association.
Daniel has two young children, Amélie and Eliana, and outside of the office enjoys sailing, water skiing, motor racing and backgammon.

Campbell joined Exemplar over 5 years ago after 15 years at Watts Group plc, a leading European Building Consultancy as Managing Director of London and Europe. He worked on schemes involving many leading UK developers and funders.
Since joining Exemplar, Campbell has been involved in, amongst others, the successful delivery of a redevelopment of an office and retail block at Park Row, Leeds; the redevelopment 200,000 sq ft of offices known as Milton Gate in The City; a façade retention scheme to create offices at Queen Street (85,000 sq ft) in The City; and a 90,000 sq ft new build office on Cambridge Science Park.
Currently Campbell is involved on the redevelopment of: 5 & 6 St James's Square, a mixed use scheme of 142,000 sq ft due to complete in December 2013; the former Middlesex Hospital Site (291 residential units and 220,000 sq ft of offices); and an office and retail development totalling 130,000 sq ft know as Block W4 on Regent Street.
Campbell has overall responsibility for construction delivery throughout the firm and also for environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Campbell is married with two daughters and enjoys golf, skiing and sailing.

After graduating from Reading University Maxwell started his career at Drivers Jonas where he worked for 5 years. The focus of his time there was working in the Development and Planning team advising a range of clients including the London Development Agency, The City of London, Christchurch College, Matrix, Henderson Global Investors and a number of London Boroughs and Local Authorities. Projects ranged from structuring development agreements, to advising clients and design teams on development projects and appraising development options. After leaving Drivers Jonas Maxwell spent two years working for Countryside Properties in the Commercial development team where we was responsible for delivering a number of commercial projects across London and the south east.
In 2007, Maxwell joined Exemplar to progress a series of development opportunities and since that time has been closely involved with projects including The Rex Building, Drapers Gardens, Goodman's Fields and, more recently, running the London Fruit & Wool Exchange and Block W4 Regent Street projects.
Outside of work Maxwell enjoys skiing, sailing, rugby and this year completed the London Marathon for the first time.

Clare has spent the last 5 years working for CBRE Investors firstly as a PA and more recently as a Marketing and PR Coordinator within the Investor Services team. Clare joined Exemplar in October 2011 as a Senior Personal Assistant and Head of Marketing.

Tom joined Exemplar in August 2011 as Development Manager. Tom spent the previous 5 years working for Jones Lang LaSalle. He gained extensive experience in development consultancy within central London. Notable buildings include One Tottenham Court Road for Derwent London, 18/19 Hanover Square for Great Portland Estates, Africa House for Freshwater and 65 Davies Street for The Grosvenor Estate.
Tom joined the corporate finance team with Jones Lang LaSalle at the beginning of 2009, where he was responsible for structuring transactions for company disposals, acquisitions, joint ventures and equity raising. Notable transactions include raising £60 million of development equity for Generation Estates, raising £40 million of equity for a small student housing provider in the South West and the asset manager placement and debt recovery strategy of £100 million for Castlemore's creditors.
Tom holds a degree in Architecture from Nottingham University and a Masters in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School.
Outside of work Tom enjoys cycling, sailing, snowboarding and photography.

Moira gained a degree in Accounting and Finance from Leeds, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a large regional practice. Following positions as senior audit manager and director in London, she moved out of practice into the property industry in 2001 when she became the group financial controller and company secretary of Merivale Moore plc.
She has worked for Exemplar since 2005 with responsibility for all accounting, financial, tax and company secretarial matters.
In her spare time, Moira sings with a local choral society and is a keen skier.

John was Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle's English business and was a partner / director there for 30 years. He spent five years in the 1980s in Hong Kong and Tokyo before returning to London for the City development boom of the late 1980s. Having played a key role in attracting overseas investors to London, John set up the firm's West End investment team in the 1990s. He now holds a range of non-executive public and private company real estate roles. John advises the business at Board level on overall strategy.
John enjoys family time, London life and visiting new places in the UK and abroad. John's interests include cycling, Gloucester Rugby, biographies, theatre and wine.

Clive was educated at Shrewsbury School and then at Cambridge University (St. John's College). He started in the profession in 1991 as a graduate surveyor at Hillier Parker and since 1995 has worked in development/investment roles first for MEPC (1995-1997), then at City & West End (1997-1999) and at Development Securities (1999-2003). Clive then founded Exemplar Properties with business partner Daniel Van Gelder in July 2003.

Mark joined Exemplar in 2005 and has since led a number of projects including the extensive refurbishment of Milton Gate (201,700 sq ft); the redevelopment of Queen Street (85,000 sq ft); the redevelopment of Drapers Gardens (290,650 sq ft); the redevelopment of 5 & 6 St. James's Square (a mixed use scheme of 145,000 sq ft) and The Middlesex Site (291 residential units and 250,000 sq ft of commercial office space).
Prior to Exemplar, Mark gained a master's degree from The University of Aberdeen. He began his career at MEPC, where he specialised in the development and asset management of office space, latterly with the day to day responsibility for c. 25% of the portfolio. He then became a director with British Land and was involved with mixed use, office and distribution units.
Mark is married with three children and enjoys international rugby and field sports.

Michael is a Property graduate and Finance post-graduate from Massey University in New Zealand and is an associate of both the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and the Property Institute of New Zealand.
Michael's career began with four years' in agency practice specialising in development land. Michael then moved into the field of commercial development and asset management, working for one of New Zealand's most established and respected property developers on a landmark master-planned City development. Michael then moved to London taking a position as an asset / portfolio manager for private investment vehicle Gort Securities.
Following the corporate sale of Gort Securities, Michael moved to Exemplar in 2005, and has run a number of its major development projects in joint-venture with investment banks and institutional funds such as Aviva Investors, JPMorgan, GE Real Estate, Morgan Stanley, Hermes, Schroders and HSBC Specialist Investments. In addition Michael has guest lectured on property development a number of times at Cambridge University.
Michael is married with one daughter and enjoys skiing, tennis and following his beloved world champion All Blacks rugby team.

Richard started his career in the real estate team at Shell UK and following professional qualification joined MEPC. Richard undertook a variety of roles which have provided extensive experience in the management, marketing and leasing of commercial space. A substantial disposal programme offered the opportunity for exceptional transaction management opportunities both in the UK, Europe and America. Richard became the Development Director at the 3 million sq ft Milton Park responsible for new business, leasing and development including responsibility for negotiating and delivering a 200,000 sq ft office project in Cardiff as part of a joint venture with a local developer.
In 2006 Richard joined Grainger plc, the UK's largest publicly quoted Residential Landlord with responsibility for the delivery of a range of residentially led mixed use projects in London. The redevelopment of the former Hornsey Road swimming baths into 212 apartments together with 40,000 sq ft of office space is of particular note being recognised as London's fastest selling residential scheme of 2009.
Richard joined Exemplar in June 2011 to lead the design and delivery of the new apartments at the site of the former Middlesex Hospital.
Richard lives near Oxford with his wife and young son. He enjoys golf, skiing and the outdoors.
